ご飯は少し硬めに炊いてあって、食べ進めるうちに餡と絡んで柔らかくなる感じ。計算されてるならすごい⤴⤴

ふんわり軽いコロッケ。大根おろしがついています。
和風さはよくわからなかったかな。
