日曜日の夜6時半頃行きました。最初はひと組だけでしたが、1時間位で満席に。人気店なのですね。
溶岩焼きは油をひかずにじっくりと焼きます。
阿波尾鶏はかなり硬いですが、噛むほどに旨味が増す感じです。豚バラは脂っこさが全くなく、旨味が凝縮される感じでした。
野菜はさらに時間をかけて、じんわりと火が通るのでとても甘くなってました。
肉類は比較的早く焼けますが、ホイル焼きや野菜はかなり時間がかかるので、ゆっくりと楽しむのがいいですね。
