今は県道754号線となった旧24号線、シャープ大和郡山工場の近くにある北條
無鉄砲と同じ場所にあり、うどん・蕎麦以外に、深夜は居酒屋としても利用できるお店です。
カレーうどん 700円 ※09年12月時
ベースのうどんつゆは、鰹節と昆布の出汁。居酒屋利用する常連も多くて、やや濃いめの塩梅にしてあるようです。カレーつゆは、この出汁にカレー粉を溶きいれてあるオーソドックスでスパイシーな味わい。具も、定番の牛薄切り肉と青ネギです。
うどんは「奈良麺通88選」では、手打ちとして紹介されていますが見た目も手打ちの特長であるクビレが無く、ご主人の話では、手打ちでは無く機械製麺したものだそうです。
酒の肴メニューがあって、深夜４時までの営業なので今はうどん店としてよりも、居酒屋として利用した方が良いみたいですね。
