老舗の穀物屋さんのカフェ
前回は餡がソースになっている こおりやま を頂いたのですが…
甘酒氷も美味しいと勧められました
甘酒は麹でお米を発酵させて麹糖で甘さを出しています
麹糖は砂糖と違い優しい甘さがします
その甘酒をかき氷に満遍なくかけてあり
かき氷の上にドライいちごがアクセントで乗っています
こちらのお店のかき氷は他の店では無い感じの
かき氷が多くありました
なお、甘酒氷にはアルコールは入ってないので
車の運転には差し支え無いです
