こちらは『本家 第一旭 寺田店』で修行された方のお店なので期待が高まります⤴
『特製ラーメン』をオーダー
具は叉焼、モヤシ、メンマ、ネギです。
雑味の無い透明感のある清湯スープで、流石、元祖系の総本山である『本家 第一旭 寺田店』で修行されただけ有る味わいで旨し♪
よく出来ております。
麺は未確認だが近藤製麺か？
本家・元祖系に定番の中太ストレートで、スープに染まる造りのモッチリ食感は健在！
こいつは硬目を頼まない方が良いと思います。
叉焼は醤油の味が染み込んだタイプで、単品でビールの肴にして頂きくなる味わい。豚の甘みを噛めば噛むほど堪能出来て旨し♪
モヤシのシャキシャキ、メンマのコリコリを楽しみながら、これまた定番なヤンニンジャン投入で味変も楽しみながらのスープまで完食です～
奈良で本家筋にも負けない旭（アキラ）系を楽しみたいならお勧めです～♪
