大和八木駅より徒歩3〜5分の場所にある居酒屋さん 美食酒房 如意。
駅を出てすぐの線路沿いで営業されている、昔ながらの居酒屋さん。料理が美味しくボリュームもあって、平日から満席になるほど賑わっています。
何を注文してよいか迷ってしまう、メニューの多さも魅力の一つ。あまりにメニューの数が多いので、何回も足を運んで好みの料理を制覇したくなりますね。
今回いただいたのは、岩ガキ、ホタテ貝柱のグラタン、ノドグロ塩焼き、まいたけ天ぷら、出汁巻き、刺身4種盛り合わせ、牛肉チャーハン。これまで見た中でも最も大きい、クリーミーで食べ応えのある岩ガキ、濃厚でとろみのあるベシャメルソースとチーズの組み合わせが素晴らしいホタテグラタン、脂の乗った肉厚なノドグロ塩焼き、ザクザクで弾力の強いまいたけ天ぷらなど、どれもお酒との相性が素晴らしい料理ばかりです。
脂の乗ったトロや、旨味の強い縞鯵などお刺身の盛り合わせも如意さんのおすすめメニュー、玉子をたっぷり使用した定番のだし巻き、締めの食べ応えのある牛肉チャーハンまで、どれも美味でした！
