奈良といえば東大寺だけではなく、盆地の南以降にある魅力は尽きないです。
そんな魅力的な奈良南部への交通の要衝である大和八木の定番銘店。
何度目かは覚えていないくらいですが、今回も予約して訪問しました。
刺身の質、日本酒の揃え、盛りの満足感、全て高いレベル。
店内は店員さんの小気味良い声が響き、カウンターの中の経験豊富な厨房に全幅の信頼をおいて、明日の旅程談義も進む。そんな名店です。
