忘年会で来店。コースもあったのですが、集まる時間がバラバラなので単品で注文しました。店内はテーブル席が所狭しと並んでおり、男性客が多かったかな。7時の時点でほぼ満席。
初めてくるのでよくわからないまま、オススメ系を注文。値段は全体的に若干高め設定です。1番驚いたのが、生のキュウリを縦に半分に切ったものと生の大根を薄く輪切りにしたものをザルに乗せたものがドンと出て来る。「お通しです」マジで？この店オリジナルの味噌につけて食べる。カッパになった気分だ。
驚いたけど、悪くない。旬のキュウリではないけど、時期的に仕方ない。
どれも美味しかったけど、一押しが炊餃子。鍋に餃子とコラーゲンの塊が煮こごり状態で入っている。アゴ出汁と魚粉で味を付けて、生姜、ネギをトッピング。さらに追い出汁をして、〆の麺を入れてもらうと最近流行りの魚介系ラーメンそっくり。出汁が美味しくて、みんなで飲み干す。
シラスを使ったサラダ、焼きそば、肉巻きおにぎり、鶏南蛮、馬ユッケ、ささみの梅あえなんかを注文。どれもハズレナシでした。注文したものを忘れた頃に持ってきたりしてましたが、この時期この人数では仕方ないかな。他にも気になるメニューはあったけど、また次回の楽しみに。
12月にオープンしたばかりなので、店員さんも勢いありました。帰りにお店オリジナルのカッパ味噌をもらいました。
