まずもう店構えが何！？て感じ。何もないただ真白な壁面がそびえる異質な店構え。その中心の上品な扉を開けると、外側のコンセプトそのままにオシャレで上質な空間が広がってる。もうこの空間だけで、ワンランク上の最高の居酒屋やなというのがひしひしと伝わってくる感じ。空間だけで酒が進むなんて初めてかもしれない。
そして料理は、もうわざわざ言及する必要のないほどにどれもしっかりとうまい。上質ながらも、メニューは居酒屋らしいものが豊富でこれも素敵。上品なだけじゃなくて、きちんと酒飲みの心を汲み取ってくれるような感じがもうたまらなすぎる。
鍋以外で鴨が食べたいて伝えたら、すぐにメニューにはないような鴨焼きを仕立ててくれるようなあたりは、もはや圧巻。調理の確かな腕前があるからこそ成立する、居酒屋としての真価が体現されてるような感じ。
こういう店でお酒を楽しみながら、ゆっくりと空間を味わうのとか絶対に素敵すぎる。ぜひまた再訪したすぎる名店でした。
