天理駅前にあるオシャレで清潔感のあるラーメン屋さん。SNSのラーメンの写真の美しさに一目惚れして来店しました。今回は、一目惚れしたしょうゆラーメンと煮豚丼をポチりました。店内はカウンターのみかな？
鶏油でしょうか。鶏の良い香りがします。
やはりビジュアルが美しかったです。
麺は、つるっとした中細ストレート麺。
あっさりしたスープに細麺が合います。
具材は、メンマ、チャーシュー、青ネギ。
煮豚丼は、細かいブロック状にカットされ、甘辛く煮こまれたチャーシューは、間違いないやつでした。
次回は、塩ラーメンを試したいです。
