麺は、細めの平打ち
程よく滑らかで、程よく柔らかい食感
スープが、最大の特徴かな
結構、醤油が強めで
酸味を、感じさせません
※本によると、7種類の醤油のブレンドらしい
チャーシューは
鶏と豚の2種類
どちらも、食べ応えありましたよ
特製になると
恐らく
煮玉子が1個丸ごと、入って
チャーシューが
増量されるだけだと、思うので
ボリュームは増すけど
味(味変)自体は
さほど変わらないので
ボリュームを求めなければ
普通のでも、良いかな
とは、感じました

って言うのを、少しだけですけど
垣間見れた気がします
