当店のとろろに使っている山芋は、ねばりが強く濃厚な大和黒皮丸芋。名前の通り、奈良で栽培されている捏芋です。滋養強壮、疲労回復の漢方としても用いられています。副菜には地元産にこだわり、季節の野菜を使ったお料理をご用意しております。
