当店のとろろに使っている山芋は、ねばりが強く濃厚な大和黒皮丸芋。名前の通り、奈良で栽培されている捏芋です。滋養強壮、疲労回復の漢方としても用いられています。副菜には地元産にこだわり、季節の野菜を使ったお料理をご用意しております。 |
大神神社さんを参拝させていただき、その前にお邪魔しました。
とろろの専門店ということで、自分はとろろ蒲焼き定食をチョイス！外はカリカリ中はふわっとしており、めちゃくちゃ美味しかったです！！！
また、とても嬉しかったのが、店を出るときに店員さん全員が「お気をつけて」と声をかけてくださいました。ここに寄られる方は旅行の方が多いと思います。こういったお声がけ、とてもありがたいです。
ご馳走様でした。おかげさまで無事に帰ってきました。
