The vegetables we use are sourced from contracted farmers, with a focus on locally produced and locally consumed produce! We recommend the special kaiseki course (reservations required) created by the
... manager, who was a head chef at a Kyoto restaurant and has also worked at a Japanese restaurant in Kitashinchi. Please give it a try. The restaurant has been renovated from an old house, giving it a modern and relaxed atmosphere. We also have tatami rooms and sofa seats, so even customers with children can relax comfortably.
