いかの墨さん。食べログで見つけました。店名だけ見ると笑えましたが、お店の前、入り口をみて これは！と思い満席でしたが空いたら電話を貰えるように予約しました。
一時間ほどで、カウンターですが空きました！
との電話をいただき早速ゴー！！
再度訪れてみると、和服に身を包んだスタッフさんが席案内をホールスタッフへ繋げていました。
カウンターからは、厨房がそのまま見えるオープンキッチン！
目の前て鍋を蒸していたので、先に入っていた他のお客さんの料理なのかと思っていたら、我々のお通しではないですか！
お通しは選べて、一つ選んだら蒸し鍋に投入です♫

ドリンクのオーダーは、最初から日本酒で行くことにしました。有名どころは知ってますが、これといって詳しくもないなか、美味しい日本酒を発掘したいと欲が出ます。
上から下までメニューを見下ろすと下に 飲み比べセット なる良いアイテムがありました。
980円で六銘柄プラス地元のミネラルウオーターがチェーサーでついてくるコスパ高いセットです。
これに決めました。
すぐドリンクサーブを受け、見てみるとトレーに敷いている紙の上にグラスが乗っていてひとつひとつの解説がついていました！これは凄い。
感動していただいていると、ホールスタッフさんから他の銘柄のご用意も出来ますよと、気さくなトークが。接客もいい。
ただし、他の銘柄で組み替えてセットを依頼した場合は解説シートは付かないとのこと。そりゃ納得！
お刺身の盛り合わせが凄い。
新鮮なこともありますが、見た目の盛り方がグッジョブ！
釜で炊いた白ごはんもいただきました。
これは(°▽°)さすが新潟！
米つぶウマ〜！ごはんのおかずが梅などオーソドックスながらうまさバリバリに光ってます(笑)
