この数年で、１番のお店。
前日に新潟行くことにして、当日の11時に予約の電話をしたところ、5時予約の前のお客さんが出た後なら、とのことで、待つ可能性はありますが8時15分におこしください。といわれ、8時に訪問。無事、通していただけました。
メニュー表を見た時は、少し高めのお店かな？と、思ったものの、実際の料理を食べて考えをあらためました。
まず、付け出しですが、選ぶことができ、当方はフグを蒸すものを選びましたが、そのほかは、さざえなどあり、かなり豪華。正直、1000円くらいすると思いましたが、会計の時に見ると500円。びびるレベルです。刺身もかなり美味しく、蛤の酒蒸しも結構の数の蛤が入っていながら、1000円。
また、本日の釜焼きも秀逸で、これと日本酒だけでいいとすら、思いました。また、ご飯もかなり美味しい。
飲み物も、日本酒の6種飲み合わせが、凄くいい銘柄を揃えていただき、本当に大満足でした。
ここのお店に行くために、また、新潟行きたいと思います。
