ランチの蕎麦とミニ天丼のセットを注文。
蕎麦は極細、コシが強く甘みがある。つゆは少し濃いめだけどつけすぎても辛くない。薬味は少量だけど新鮮。わさびはなめらかなタイプ、香り良くてうまい。
天丼サクサクでタレが甘すぎず好みの感じ。ドロドロ蕎麦湯も好みにマッチした。
ありがちなお新香ではなく煮物、この辺りは気が利いてていい。抹茶のシフォンケーキも美味しかった。
何から何まで最高にうまかったが、最初に出た蕎麦茶(色は薄いけどしっかりした味)が絶品だった。
これで1,500円は安い。
