First visit to Hatsune Sushi, a popular restaurant in Niigata. I was able to get the date I wanted through online reservations on Tabelog, so I made a reservation. From making to sushi, I think it was Nanban shrimp, abalone, shabu-shabu shabu conger eel, nigiri, mako flounder, sumi squid, pickled bluefin tuna, fatty tuna, red sea bream, salmon roe, and blackthroat. Although there were some omissions, I personally preferred sardines and flathead flounder. The shop had very good quality and technology. They have a wide selection of alcoholic beverages and will suggest a variety of drinks to suit your tastes. It was a feast.
