土曜の昼に予約して訪問。予約してない方は断っていた感じなので、予約しての訪問がよさそうです。
極み10貫4400円に、瓶ビール、日本酒、バイ貝酒蒸しをオーダー。
握りは
まだい、スミイカ、大トロ、サクラマス、バイ貝
甘エビ、ズワイガニ、バフンウニ、イクラ
という内容でした。
カウンターでいただきましたが、握りは間違いないですね。めちゃくちゃ美味いです。
あと、日本酒が全体的にコスパいい気がします。
1合が500円か800円という設定なので。
あとはとにかくお店の方の雰囲気がいいですね。地方の名店だと思います。
新潟に来たらまた再訪したいお店ですね。ごちそうさま！
