新潟一人旅して来ました。暫しお付き合い下さいませ。
せっかくうん十年ぶり(おそらくバブル期のOL時代にスキーで数回行ったきりのような…)に新潟に行くのでかなり緻密に計画を練りました(笑)。出発日の2週間ぐらい前に行きたかったお寿司屋さんに電話するも「その日は昼も夜も満席で…」と丁重にお詫びされ、ガイドブックに載っていたこちらのお店を予約しました。
カウンター席は8割方先客が^_^。せっかく来たので極み4000円を注文(税別)。この日の内容はふなべた、あら(深海魚)、スルメイカ(塩で)、本鮪、桜鱒、バイ貝、鯵、南蛮エビ、うに、いくらと玉子でした。新潟ってまずお米が美味しい！！初めて食べたふなべた、あらに感動し、とろける本鮪、そしてプリプリの南蛮エビも美味でした♡
地元のお客さんは並やちらし寿司などを食べていらしたので、しょっちゅう来られるのが羨ましい！！と思いながらお店を後にしました^_^。
