午後から新潟駅前で打ち合わせがあり、その前に腹ごしらえをと、13時頃同僚3人で入店。狭い店内はちょうど昼食時の喧騒が終わりかけ、3人でカウンター席に腰掛けました。ランチメニューはメインが魚と肉の2種類（税込880円）。3人とも魚をチョイス、この日はサーモン西京みそ漬け焼きでした。
お盆の上には料理の小鉢が所狭しと並べられ、その真ん中にメインのサーモンが。エッ、意外と小さめ。食べてみると硬くパサパサ。小鉢も既製品を取り分けただけ。そのうえ、ご飯がめっこ。コメは確かにコシヒカリの甘さを感じるのですが、おそらく水の分量を間違えたと思われます。店員は女性二人で、二人ともベテランの感じでしたが、立地の良さに甘えているのでは？
もう二度と行かないと思います。
