PR for restaurants |
[Inside Niigata Central Wholesale Market] Cafeterias run by female staff.
In addition to daily set meals such as Japanese-style meal and Western Cuisine, the restaurant serves stylishly presented set meals using seasonal fish and vegetables purchased from the Niigata Centra |
I visited at noon on a weekday. Since it was a visit a little outside of lunch time, the store was empty. There are restaurant restaurant popular Seafood shops in the central wholesale market, which are easily accessible to the general public, but this shop specializes in Niigata's famous tarekatsu bowl. Other, rice bowl menus and set meal menus within 1000 yen are the main ones. When you enter the entrance, there is a ticket vending machine on the right. The inside of the restaurant is not large, but there is a good balance of counter seats and table seats. The water was self-serving, and when you finished eating, you returned it to the return port. There are not many menus, it is easy to choose, and the main menu is rice bowl (Fried food type with oil). I ordered the kakiage bowl (800 yen). The set includes kakiage bowl, miso soup, and Small dish. The kakiage bowl is quite satisfying, and it is a kakiage bowl with a lot of red ginger and onions, and plenty of tentsu sauce. It was a unique kakiage bowl with a strong red ginger and a strong acidity. I think that 800 yen is enough to satisfy you. Since it is Niigata, Seafood shops are popular in the market, but it is a quiet shop in the back, so it may be a hidden spot. It was a feast. (T)
