新潟駅のCoCoLo西館1階にあるお店です。魚沼産コシヒカリを使用していて、モーニングビュッフェも味わえます。

朝早い時間から、お米を食べられるのでかなりありがたかったです……！
新潟ですし、せっかくならコシヒカリ食べたいですからね(笑)
↓今回食べたもの
タレかつ/栃尾のジャンボ油揚げ/サバ/ウインナー/焼売/スクランブルエッグ/生姜煮/梅干し/温泉卵/塩辛/のっぺ汁/ごはん(魚沼の特A米)
内観は古民家チックで、とても雰囲気が良かったです。
魚沼にもこんなところがあるのかな？と思いながら楽しみました。
まずはごはん。
1粒1粒がわかりやすく、でも柔らかめなご飯でした。
ご飯に温泉卵をのせて食べるもよし、梅干しや生姜煮でかきこむもよし！
ごはんの素材を楽しめるものがあって、ご飯の美味しさを味わいやすかったです。
個人的に嬉しいのが、新潟ならではの料理が多かったことです。
ふわふわなジャンボ油揚げ、あっさりしつつ芋や人参が具だくさんで、食べごたえがあるのっぺ汁。こういう郷土の味にも親しめるのが、地方のビュッフェの醍醐味です。
