新潟駅で少しでも海の幸と日本酒を、と調べたところ、駅ビルから繋がったところにあるこちらでとなりました。平日の17時前ですが、すでに結構お客さんが入って飲み始めています。
さっそく地元名物中心に注文。やはり、日本海側はイカの身の分厚さ、焼き魚の脂のノリ、そして日本酒。地酒を頂きながら食べる干物は最高です‼️
こうなると、何を食べても好印象なのが、このような土地のお店の強みですね。厚揚げやお刺身など、美味しそうなものを片っ端から頂きました。
海の幸最高です。ごちそうさまでした。
