I ate fugu at "Kaoriya" in front of Hakusan Station. I had been interested in it for a while, but I thought that if I wanted to eat fugu, I'd go to Kakichu, so I had never eaten fugu at Kaoriya, but this was my first time. It was a Saturday in December, so the restaurant was fully booked. I made a reservation for the evening opening at 5:30 p.m., but customers continued to arrive. You can see how popular it is. The fugu dishes were brought out one after another in a set course. Japanese dishes, salad, sashimi, chawanmushi, hot pot, fried dishes, Fried food dishes, fin sake, rice porridge to finish off the meal, and dessert. Everything was delicious and I was full. By the time the rice porridge came out, I was so full I thought I wouldn't be able to eat anything else, but it was delicious and I was able to eat it all.
