鮭を中心とした定食を頂けます。

押しはキングサーモンとのこと、
他にも天然本紅さけ、トラウトや
サバ、銀鱈などがあります。
味の種類は以下の通り。

トラウトは大きく身も柔らかいです。
寒風干しは旨味が凝縮されているようです。
値段は少しお高めですが、
