株式会社新堀が手がける飲食店
「鮭山マス男商店」はじめて行きました。
近江の座旺くらいしか知らなかったのに、今ではたくさんのお店を手がけているんですね。
焼き魚といったら新潟では加島屋や小川屋のイメージが強かったし、店舗でいえば出来島にある「竈」が印象的で足が遠のいていましたが行って印象かわりました。
ランチはリーズナブルだし、魚も美味しい。
特に鮭は厚みもあり、旨味がぎっしりつまったとても美味しい鮭でした。
土日にはモーニングもやっており、さらにお得なメニューでとても魅力的でした。
店内は少し暗い印象でしたがそういった戦略なのでしょうか…
ぜひまた行きたいお店です。
