A variety of fresh seafood purchased from Sado fishing ports. The freshness of the fish landed on Sado is preserved, and the fish is delivered directly to us by our brother disciples who have the right to auction at the Sado market. One of the reasons we are able to provide quality products to everyone at reasonable prices is that we do not involve vendors.
Food Niigata’s blessing “Murakami Beef”
Among the Kuroge Wagyu beef raised in Niigata Prefecture, those that are graded A-4, B-4 or above are called Murakami beef. They are raised for about 20 months, fed with high-quality rice straw and hay, and mixed feed made from carefully selected ingredients. Please come to our restaurant and enjoy the bright colors, rich flavor, and melt-in-your-mouth taste of Murakami beef.
