ワタシの大好きなひろしですのお隣に、親子丼の名店が、いつの間にか出店していました。
好奇心からお邪魔してみました。
リーマンが数人、カウンター席でお食事中。
お一人様はカウンター席と決まっているらしく、一番端っこに座ります。
日替わりはモツ煮込みと本マグロのお刺身のセット。
私はランチタイムに提供される丼物のメニューから、皮なし親子丼を注文。
ガラス越しに料理人の様子が見て取れます。
さすがプロですね。実に手際がよろしい。
日替わりに至っては、注文して1分以内に運ばれてきていました。
私の親子丼。金ピカの丼の中には、とろっとろの玉子とちょっと焦げ目がついた鶏肉と透き通った玉ねぎ。そして三つ葉がトッピングされていました。
大根とお豆腐のお味噌汁を一口すすって、刻み海苔をふりかけて、とろとろ玉子を一口。甘すぎず、ちょうど良い塩梅のお味です。
目の前にコショウ、七味と、もう一つ、ゆかりのような赤紫色をした調味料が置かれていました。
この調味料、試しに舐めてみたら、辛い。耳掻きのようなお匙ですくって親子丼にふりかけたら、ちょっとしたお味のアクセントになって、さらに美味しくいただくことができました。
親子丼も玉子丼も、昔はよく作ったのですが、ついつい煮過ぎてしまい、とろとろ感のない卵とじ丼になってしまいます。
自分が苦手としているお料理は外でプロの味をいただくに限りますね。
この近辺は、人気のラーメン店、ちゃんぽん店、天丼店、海鮮丼店、定食屋などがひしめき合っています。
まさにランチ激戦区ですが、利用者にとっては選択肢が増え、嬉しい限りですね。
