今日の新潟市は雨。チャリ発進出来ず電車で新潟駅へ‼︎
少し前に２回も採血され貧血＆金欠...
鉄分補給にレバーを食べようとレバー親子丼なる物があるコチラ伺いました。
１２時を過ぎてしまったので満席かと思ったら半分位空きがありましたが、１５分後位には待ちができました。
レバー親子丼を注文して10分程で着丼！蓋を開けると普段と変わらぬ見た目...
しかし‼︎ 中にはしっかりとレバーが７〜８個.
秘伝の継ぎ足しダレは少し塩っぱいかな〜
途中から海苔をかけたら別の風味に！
