酒田を抜け新潟へ。
日本酒と魚が食べたい！と言って、大学の同期がオススメだという割烹へ。予約してもらう。移転リニューアルしたらしい。
カウンターもあるがテーブルへ。若干居心地の悪い(いい意味です)、格式の高い感じ。
まずはビールを頼んだが、クラフトのIPAをイケばよかった。
お通し4点、こっからもう酒を呑みたくなるヤツ。さすが割烹といった感じ。
酒は、村上の好きな〆張、大洋盛から、佐渡、長岡の久保田…とにかくズラリ。しかしながら新潟らしい淡麗辛口が多く、好みのクセのあるやつを！とお願いしても、「ありません」とのこと。
1合700円から2000円以上のものまで。とりあえず安定を求め「無想」を。
さて、旨い魚を。
【あらうす造り】1280円
うす造りと言えど肉質しっかり、もう魚の旨い店ということはわかる。
もっと魚を食べるべきだったが、
【阿賀野市産 あがの夢うなぎ(半身)】1780円
ブランド鰻があったのか？鰻やのような焼きは出ないが…旨い。弾力が凄い。
時間のかかる釜飯などもあるし、コースで頼むと凄い値段にもなるらしい。
ちょいと珍しい「八重久比岐」などをもらったが、やはり好みの酒はないようで、少し早めの退散。
新潟の酒が好きな人、旨い魚を求める人にはいいお店だろう。
