一昨年秋にオープンした完全予約制の焼き鳥店。
東京亀戸の有名店「鳥さわ」の暖簾分けとのこと。
オープン当初は中々予約が取れなかったようですが、今は落ち着いているようです。
焼き鳥好きの連れが事前に予約してくれました。
場所は新潟駅前の松屋の向い側。
階段を上がって2階。
入口が少々分かり辛い隠れ家的なお店。
カウンター席がメインで、テーブル席が2席、奥には個室があるようです。
紀州備長炭を使って焼かれているようですが、店内は全く煙さがありません。
平日の19時過ぎ。
店内は予約客で席が埋まっています。
席に着くと、苦手な部位はありませんか？と聞かれます。
まるで寿司屋さんですね～。
正直に砂肝が苦手とお伝えします。
串8本＋鳥スープ（3,500円）のコースは以下の内容。
（始めにぬか漬け、後から箸休めの大根おろしが提供されます）
１．かしわ 大山鶏
２．はつもと（大動脈）
３．しらたま（うずらの卵）
４．つくね
５．ししとう
６．かた
７．ちょうちん
８．でば
９．鶏スープ
素材の良さも然ることながら、焼き加減が素晴らしい♪
そして接客も上質。
ハイボール、麦焼酎を4杯ほど頂きました。
連れは〆で鳥そぼろご飯も。
これで一人6千円強。（もっとお高いのかと思っておりました）
提供のテンポも良く1時間半程で店を後にしました。
また伺わせて頂きます。
次はレバー（今回は品切れ）を頂いてみたいです。
