Food 兵庫県産銘柄鶏『たじま鶏』で味わう贅沢なタッカンマリ
タッカンマリは、韓国語で"鶏一羽"という意味。当店では兵庫県産銘柄鶏『たじま鶏』をまるまる一羽贅沢に使用し、鶏がらをベースに丸一日の時間をかけて丁寧に煮込むことで、鶏の旨味やコラーゲンをたっぷり引き出します。味わいは九州の「水炊き」と似ており、あっさりながらコク深いスープは飽きずに楽しめるほか、〆には「カルグクス」という韓国うどんをどうぞ。シェアサイズもございますので、シーンに合わせて召し上がれ！
