旬彩創和 ぜんてい 燕三条店
日曜20時頃訪問。
お店は木造の一軒屋で、店内は照明を抑えた落ち着いた雰囲気で、個室が結構ある。
案内されたのは、4人テーブルの個室だった。
新潟ならではのものを食べようと、刺身のほかに、八色しいたけや栃尾のあぶらげを注文。
おまかせお造り7点盛2178円
刺身は、マグロ、ブリ、南蛮エビ、イカ、サーモン、アジ、白身魚の7種類で、豪勢な感じで盛り付けられている。
マグロはトロッとしていて、ブリは脂が乗っていて、どれも美味しい。
八色しいたけ焼き825円。
椎茸はとても肉厚で柔らかく、中からジュワッと旨みが溢れてくる。
栃尾毘沙門堂のあぶらげ納豆挟み焼き649円
あぶらげは、長さが約20センチ、厚さが約3センチと大きく、中に納豆が挟んであり、ネギがたっぷりと掛かっている。
外側がカリッとして中はふっくらで、納豆の旨みとネギのシャキシャキ感がいい。
日曜の夜だったからか、お客さんは少なくて静かで、個室でゆっくりと新潟のお酒と食べ物を楽しめた。
