岩室温泉に宿泊した際に訪問しました。わっぱ飯を提供してくれる店ということで、弥彦近辺を観光した帰りに寄ろうと予め決めていました。
メニュー表には美味しそうなメニューが並んでいますが、ここはわっぱ飯御膳を注文します。
卵が食べられないので、錦糸卵を抜いてほしいというわがままにも快く承諾していただき、鮭といくらの親子わっぱが出て来ました。味は大満足！ご飯にも少し味が付いており、大盛りにしてもらったにも関わらず秒で完食…
おかみさんもとても良い方で温かみのある方でした。
