新潟旅行２日目のお昼
彌彦神社の参拝前に、腹ごしらえ。
何か美味しそうなお店はあるかなぁー
っと食べログを検索し、見つけたのがこちら！
お昼時に訪問です。
お客さんは女性1人だけです。
店内は、小上がりの畳にテーブルが５卓。
広めの奥の席へ座ります。
注文しましたのは…
◆特製わっぱ飯膳1,700円
◆大判イカメンチ１枚800円
数分後、料理到着。
おぉー、わっぱ登場です。
蓋を開けて、中身を拝見♫
メインの具材は、いくらと鮭です。
早速いただきます。
ご飯事態にも味が付いているため、おかず要らず、三つ葉とかぼすが、良いアクセントです。
個人的な意見ですが、ご飯事態に味があるので鮭は塩鮭でないものが良いと思いました。
いくらも鮭もご飯も味があるので、食べ進めていると塩っぱく感じてしまいます。
大判イカメンチは、その名の通りイカを細かく砕いたものがたぁーくさん入ったメンチです。
おやつや、お酒のおつまみとして食べたくなる物ですね。
私は好きなメンチです。
