地場産センターに用事がありましたので
目の前のらーめん勝さんに初訪問。
1245頃到着でしたので1組だけでした
のでテーブル席に同僚２人で案内された。
玉ねぎ中華 780円
大盛 50円
麺はうどんを彷彿させるような太さと
食感。具材は、玉ねぎ、岩のり、チャーシュー
と燕三条ラーメンの王道の組み合わせ。
麺の太さもある事から、茹で時間は
結構な時間がかかった印象。
スープもインパクトを残すほどでは
ないので全体的にやさしめの
燕三条ラーメンという感じですかね。
次回は違う味でないといけないかなって
感じです。
