燕三条駅から一番の近場という事でこちらへ。
岩海苔ラーメンに玉ねぎ増しで券買。
先客無しですが、10分以上は待ちました。
店員二人のようですが、なんとも活気がない。
大丈夫かラーメン。
背脂売りのはずですが、なんとも少ない。
後で気が付きましたけど、背脂多めにできるんですね。
見た通りの観光客ですから、大脂できるくらいの口頭告知があっても良いと思います。
岩海苔はそこそこ入ってましたけど、玉ねぎ100円増しにした割にはイマイチの量。
麺。
丸ストレートでツルモチ。はっきり言って大好きな奴です。旨い。
スープ。
悪くは無いけど、期待したのとは程遠い感じでした。
魚的な出汁感薄いし、正直、新潟県外の燕系にはもっと美味しいお店が沢山ある。
背脂の量は相当少ないし、背脂強調するようなラーメンでは無い気がしました。
〇〇ラーメンの本場に来て、結構外しがちですけど、今回も相当外した感が強い。
これならば、私が燕系に開眼した、秋田市のラーメン潤さんの方がかなり良い。個人的に。
最寄りの燕三条駅から一番近くて、ランドマーク的なお店ですから、期待したんですけどね。
