口コミは2回目ですが、実際の訪問は3回目です。2回目の訪問では最初の訪問と全く同じメニューをいただいたので口コミをスルーしました。
で、今回は奮発をして昼懐石（水菓子付）税別3,500円をいただきます。
以下、私の個人的に”？”に思った感想も書きますが、これはこのお店のレベルとしての感想であり、普通のお店なら十分に美味しいと思えるできばえであることをご理解ください。
茶碗蒸し：いつもながら嫌みのない出汁のきいた茶碗蒸しは絶品です。
炊き合わせ：美味しいです。特にタコは柔らかく炊いてあるのはもちろん旨味が感じられて良い
ですね。ただ、茄子が素材そのものにやや難があると思いました。素材がよくない
といくら上手に炊いても、旨味が感じられないのでは。
甘エビの真丈：熱々で甘エビの濃厚な旨味が口の中に広がり美味しいです。私としてはもう少し
油を感じさせないで欲しかったかな。
お造り：こちらのお店は、「新鮮でプリップリッです～」なんてTVタレントが叫ぶ、そんな鮮度
で売るお店ではないと思います。それぞれの魚が一番旨味ののった頃合いを見て、お客
に提供する。そんなお店かと思います。そんな点からするとマグロの熟成感、鯛の下処
理にやや”？”がつきます。これは仕入れ先の問題もあるのではないかと思います。もち ろんこれはこれで十分美味しいのですが。
焼き物：からすガレイの西京焼きだったと思います。魚の旨味と脂、それと味噌が上手にバラン
スを取っていて、絶品です。
ご飯：コーンの入った炊き込みご飯。文句なく美味しいですね。
みそ汁：シジミのみそ汁です。シジミのどうだ感のある味を押さえて上品な味付けです。ただ、
肝心のシジミに旨味がありません。なのでみそ汁が旨味のある上品な味ではなく、ただ
の薄味のみそ汁になってしまっている感があります。
香の物：もちろん塩気が強いはずもなく、素材の旨味が感じられて美味しゅうございました。
水菓子：抹茶のあんみつかな？黒蜜、餡子の甘みが上品で良いですね。白玉は冷やすとすぐに硬
くなるので、中はホンノリと暖かみを感じます。美味しくいただきました。
以上、先にも書いた通り普通のお店ならなんの文句もなく美味しくいただいたものなのに、敢えて”？”な部分をあげてしまいました。これらは調理の問題より食材そのものに由来する”？”のような気もします。お伺いした時期が仕入れがしにくい時期と重なったためとも考えられます。
何度も言いますがこれでも十分すぎるくらいに美味しいです。
