こんばんは亀治です。新潟県燕市にある、日本料理魚幸と言うお店に行ってきました。
このお店は日本料理のお店です。
メニューはお膳がメインになります。
今回はおまかせ膳を注文しました。
おまかせ膳は茶わん蒸し、ご飯、味噌汁、おかずです。
茶わん蒸しはゆりねが入っていて出汁が効いていて美味しかったです。
おかずは数種類あって、特にタコの煮物が美味しかったです。その他、サーモンや天ぷら、玉子焼き、煮物など盛りだくさんでした。
ご飯はつばめしの近くにある、巻町（新潟市西蒲区）の新米でした。
確かに美味しかったのですが、ちょっとお値段が高かったです。
まあ、ミシュランにのった店のようなので高級なのでしょう。
