ボリュームもちょうど良く
お料理も美味しい!
焼物って野暮ったかったりして
箸が進まないことがよくありますが
この目鯛は脂がのっていて
それを幽庵焼きにしているのでとってもおいしかった!
蕗の薹も揚げて混ぜていて
ご飯おいしかったなぁ
これからちょっと改装するようなので
また伺いたいです。

お昼のお任せ膳が2300円と3500円(お造り付)
昼懐石が5000円、7000円、10000円。
夜は8000円、10000、12000~。
今回は昼に10000円の料理をお願いしました。
週末でしたが、地元の家族連れなんかもいてほぼ満席。いいお店ですね。

料理はボリュームよりも質重視で好みの構成。
地物の食材を使っているのも良かった。
のどぐろもいらないなぁと思う事が多いけど
この新潟ののどぐろは、身もしまっていて、脂ぐじゃぐじゃじゃなく味があって美味しかった。
ミシュラン一つ星、大将は菊乃井にいたそうです。きさくなタイプの大将でした。
場所はちょっと微妙でしたが、駐車場もあるし
地元の人に愛されてる感じ。
車をとめて(裏の方)ぐるりとまわりこんできたときに
入り口の横の窓からちょっと中が見えてしまうのが残念な感じでした。

The renovation work is over and it's now a wonderful restaurant. The entrance has been moved to the parking lot side at the back. On the parking lot side, the owner's father has opened a Soup Curry restaurant! (It seems to be quite popular. I haven't tried it yet.) (They also serve rice balls and Japanese side dishes for breakfast.) (You can also use the cafe to enjoy homemade Sweets.) This restaurant requires a reservation, and the courses are 11,000 yen and 16,500 yen for lunch and dinner. This time, we also had wild duck from Niigata after the season had started. Steamed sea bream with rice, lotus root with mustard, snow crab Wild duck soup, grouper, bigfin reef squid, yellowtail shabu-shabu Abalone and shrimp potato, turnip and karasumi Grilled wild duck, duck clay pot rice Le Rectier ice cream You can enjoy simple Niigata ingredients. It may be a little difficult to access, but it's a good restaurant.
