新潟は、ラーメン自体が県内を挙げて激戦区。
新潟って何ラーメンが有名なの？という質問に対して
答えはマチマチであり、バラバラです。
私が新潟に来て、一番最初に感動したのは、ミソラーメン
の割りスープ付き。これには驚いて感動しました。
そんな中で、燕や三条あたりのカレーラーメンも注目して
最初に伺ったのが、さとう食堂さん。
ラーメンの上にカレールーがかかっている。
混ぜるべきかどうするべきか・・・
これは、私なりの解釈ですが、まずは混ぜずに食べ進める。
半分ほど食べたら混ぜて全体を馴染ませて食する。
これがベストかと。
ちなみに、けっこう辛さが来て食欲を増進するラーメンです。
ライスを入れたいところですが、いまひとつの勇気が持てなかった。
それが、心残りです・・・
