三条市内で仕事の後久しぶりに寿司が食べたくなり昼食で訪問 駐車場に停めて店内に
12時20分頃 店内は5,6分のお客さん 空いている席に座る
タッチパネルでネタを選ぶ 何にしようかな 少し考えて鉄火巻，金華さば，えび三昧，まぐろを選んだ
合図の音の後到着 寿司の形はどれも回転ずしレベルとしては綺麗 鉄火巻もちゃんと巻けてる
鉄火巻にたっぷりと山葵を付けて一口 海苔の香りが良い 芯のマグロはまあまあ
その握りのマグロはきれいな赤身でいい感じ えびもうまいな さばは脂が乗ってる
追加でこういか，あじ，活け〆蒸しえびを注文
こういかは大葉がきれい さっくりとした食感で甘みがある あじは旬のネタ 蒸しえびは安定のうまさ
ガリで口中をさっぱりさせて熱いお茶をのみながら食べる
丁度よいお腹具合になったので会計を
美味しかった ごちそうさまでした
やっぱり魚べいはネタもいいしシャリも回転ずしにしては甘すぎず好み 安定感があるな
