燕市『杭州飯店』での修行を経て2012年に創業。
大通りから外れた、いわゆる郊外店なんだが、14時近くでも地元客でパンパンという人気ぶり。

混んでおりそれほど人気なお店♡
味はすこし薄く感じました
美味いのだが、麺固が出来ないため麺がやわやわで少し減点。
スープは仄かに煮干しを感じ力強い。全般的に美味いと思う。
杭州飯店に似てると思ったら杭州飯店出身の方らしい。
ネギの味付けもラーメンにばっちりあっていて、進化版に感じました。
餃子も甘味とジューシーさがあってめちゃくちゃ美味い

麺もスープもこれぞ三条ラーメンというラーメンです。
ランチ時間は一杯ですが待つ価値ありです。
長ネギ醤油ラーメン大盛を食べました。油多めでしたが、美味しく頂きました。
遠方故に、特別にお送りいただき、美味しく頂きました。店には一度だけ、加茂のみなさんがうらやましい！
