三条市にある地元の方々に支持されている人気店。
初めて伺ってみました。
休日の11時過ぎ、店舗横の駐車スペースに車を止めて店内へ。
入口に色々と張り紙がされています。
（感染対策が徹底されている模様）
指定された小上がり席に着きメニューを拝見。
背脂醤油、生姜醤油、塩、味噌もあります。
周りのお客さんの注文はバラバラ。
自分は人気No1とある背脂塩、連れは生姜醤油。
名物の焼ギョーザもお願いしました。
【炙り背脂塩らーめん 840円】
澄んだあっさりスープに背脂と玉ねぎの微塵切り。
煮干粉を混ぜると味変も楽しめます。
これはオリジナルな味わいですね。
中細麺は食感が滑らかなタイプ。
炙られたチャーシューも美味しい♪
（炙りというより焼いた感じ）
その他、メンマ、水菜、もやし、海苔のトッピング。

後から運ばれてきた焼き立ての餃子。
結構大振りなものが5個。
卓上の説明書きには以下のように書かれてあります。
・まずは何も付けずに
・酢醤油＋胡椒で
・辣油はなるべく使わない
素直にその通り頂いてみました。
うん、確かに何も付けなくてもいいかも。
連れの生姜醤油も少し食べてみました。
長岡の有名店とは違って生姜がガツンときます。
インパクト強めの生姜醤油。
食べ終わると間髪おかずに下膳されます。
これに連れが気分を害したようで…
悪気はない（感染対策）のでしょうけどね。
