ラーメングランプリ２位、当店ナンバー１ということで注文。
この界隈では珍しい塩ラーメンです。さっぱりしているだけに、素材のごまかしはききません。
グランプリというので、評価させていただきます。
麺も細麺でスープとの相性がいいです。トッピングのバランスもよく、海苔に載っている出汁で味変できるのは加点です。
名脇役のチャーシューが今一つ。煮詰まって味が濃すぎでパサついていました。あえて、このような素材で、ご当地らしさを演出したんだと思いますが、、
全体のバランスとるなら、絶対に鶏肉をチョイスした方が、好みでした。わざわざこれだけのためにはできないと思いますが。
むしろ、チャーシュー丼のような、刻んだものをスープに絡ませ、味玉のってたら優勝だったかも、、です。
