An authentic Hegi soba restaurant located in Ichinokido Shopping Street
We use buckwheat flour from Niigata Prefecture, mainly from Ojiya. The soba broth is also elegantly prepared to go well with the soba. We also recommend Tempura fried with Tempura flour made from rice
... flour from Niigata Prefecture. There is a shared parking lot next to the restaurant, so it is easy to access and please feel free to come by.
