今年に入ってから私の頭の中、約10%位は生しらすを食べてみたい欲求。そこから何故か釜揚げしらすのピッツァも食べてみた〜い！ しらす食べた事ないかな？
何処かにないかな〜？なんて思いながら色々見てたら燕市のコチラのお店！
もしかしてと思い電話したらあるある、

お店に入って2人掛けのテーブルにお座りワン！ メニューには、ビスマルクやポルケッタなど美味しそうなのあるけどお目当てのピッツァを注文です。
10分弱で運ばれて来たピッツァは既に4枚に切り分けられてある。
これが良いのか悪いのか...
私はナイフとフォークを使い自分で切って食べたい派で〜す！
まあ、ピッツァを一口。美味い...
タコの食感がとても良い感じでバジル、トマト、チーズ、オリーブの中に何か隠し味？ レモンの皮を発見♪
少量だけど凄いパワーを感じる。レモンの島、カプリ島を思い出すな〜
いや、しらすはどうなった？ 味が良く分からないからしらすだけ拾って食べたら塩っぱかったけど全体に混ざると味は分からないかな〜。カラスミも入ってるみたいだけどカラスミの味を知らないジジでした.笑
お店が近ければ通ってしまいたくなるかも〜
