マッカラン12年 シェリーカスク ストレート
前菜
地産地消のサラダ バルサミコ酢と、クリームチーズのソースが絶妙。
メインはお魚とお肉両方頼みました。
お魚は、サワラのムニエル。
ソースが絶品です。
酸味と甘味のバランスが最高で、和え物にもバッチリ合います。
お肉は豚肉でカレーソースがかかってます。
カレーもカレカレーしてなくて、カレースープのような雰囲気です。
お肉も柔らかく、たまりません。
味噌汁
割烹などで食べる旨みのスープ。
磯の香りと味噌の調和がすごく心地いいです。
お米
こちらも地産地消で、地元の道の駅でも買えるお米を卸してもらってるそうです。
周りに集落がなく、お水がとても綺麗なため、甘味硬さ、全てが、日本人好み。おかわりしましたw
