燕三条駅から少し離れた、新潟5大ラーメンとはジャンルが異なる、清湯系醤油ラーメンのお店。
この日は特製中華そば 1,400円を注文。都心並みに高い、強気な価格設定と思ったら、トッピングの量がハンパない。薬味、鶏むねチャーシュー、牛もも、豚肩ロース、全部載せたら丼がパンパン笑
鶏ガラ出汁の効いたコクもありつつ上品な醤油スープ、麺はハリのある中細麺でスープとの相性も良い。見た目どおり美味い。
和え麺は角切りチャーシューとスモークサーモンという変わった一品。シンプルな味付けだけど、これも美味い。新潟らしくない、上品なラーメンが食べたくなったらオススメ。ご馳走様でした。
